As soon as you enter this private enclave, one is welcomed by the an expansive tranquil courtyard with the accompanying experience of privacy and serenity surrounded by its many illuminated gardens providing ease of flow between indoor-outdoor living. One of the main living areas is perfect for terraced outdoor lounging-dining with folding glass walls transitioning seamlessly from the living room- kitchen to a barbecue and loggia with wood burning fireplace overlooking the pool, ideal for enjoying amazing sunsets conversation and cool breezes. Additionally, Casa Sereno features a large entertainment wing with wet bar, refrigerator, ice maker, and cocktail lounge – as well as a separate den for cozy smart tv, sports, and movie watching. While this home has an excellent flow for entertaining and sleeps 10 comfortably, it also holds many intimate spaces serving as a romantic retreat for two. The staff includes a full-time housekeeper and a highly trained cook, both of whom work Monday through Saturday. Additionally, a gardener and an English-speaking house manager/concierge is available to arrange meals, tours, catering as well as shopping excursions. The staff is available for additional hours upon request for a nominal charge.
