Casa Olivos is an 11,000sq foot home in centro. The house gets its name from the bountiful amount of Olive trees planted throught the property. This muliti-level home has hit all the marks from style to decor. The details abound from inlayed marble tile floors from Italy, to metal gold leaf work on the doors throughout the house, to such anomolies like the copper and silver bathtub in the principal bathroom, as well as wood paneled walls in the dining room. Every detail has been considered down to the beautiful embroidered curtains to Frette sheets on the beds. This house is spectacular and welcoming to the eye.
Description
As you walk in the front door there is a fountain on the entry level. On this first level you will find a formal dining room, TV room, formal living room, bar, prep kitchen, kitchen with breakfast room with a TV and Fireplace that look out onto the gardens where you will find a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and covered seating and dining area with a firplace.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths and 3 half baths.

There is a roof top terrace with views of the Parroquia. Their are several outdoor seating areas to enjoy the house from the outdoor dining and seating area with TV and Fireplace by the pool, to two different seating areas in the interior courtyard of the house. Several fountains throughout the house that create a peaceful ambient background while you recharge your batteries.
The pool is 36ft long by 13ft wide - the hot tub is at the end of the pool - Please ask Premier about pricing to heat the pool with gas. The pool is heated regularly and at no charge with the solar panels provided by an electric heater
