Casa Nuestro Suenos is a beautiful 3 bedroom house that has just undergone renovations summer of 2013. The house is in a fantastic centro location by the Parque Juarez and just 3 short blocks to the jardin. The house is on 2 levels with a rooftop terrace. The first level has an open kitchen attached to a dining room that sits 6 people. The french doors in the dining area open to an outdoor kitchen courtyard. There is a formal living room on this level that opens to the outdoor kitchen on one side and than another courtyard and outdoor living room with bar on the other side. There is also a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and full bathroom(walk in shower) off the outdoor sala. The second level has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and full bathroom (a walkin shower). It has a juliet balcony that opens to the outdoor kitchen courtyard. The master bedroom is on this level with a King bed, full bathroom with both a shower and bathroom (separately). It also has its own private terrace with table and chairs that look onto the street.As you walk to back of the house on the second level there is a small library and across the hall is the laundry room with a small private bath. The rooftop terrace has a sectional sofa that wraps around, so you can enjoy sunset views. There is also table and chairs if you want to have breakfast and read the morning paper. There are gas fireplaces in all the bedrooms and ceiling fans. Wifi and purified water throughout the house. The maid is there 5 1/2 days a week Monday - Friday 9-3 and Saturday 9-12.
