The main house has an elegant living area which boasts a gorgeous dining room with a separate bar and a half bathroom, a living room with cantera detailing, and a Mexican colonial kitchen with a breakfast nook. A full bedroom with en suite bathroom on this floor makes this home perfect for those seeking one-level living. In addition, the third bedroom is separate from the main house. This suite has a king size bed, a sitting area as well as an en suite bathroom.

A grand staircase accesses the second floor where the primary bedroom suite with large closet space, en suite bathroom and a light and bright den is located. A private terrace can be accessed from this bedroom. The laundry room is also on this floor. Morning coffee while being entertained by song birds is awaiting you on the beautiful rooftop terrace of Casa Jacaranda Grande. A western view of the sun setting over the Sierra de Guanajuato mountains from the rooftop terrace is also a perfect setting to celebrate the end of the day.

It’s quite easy to understand why this home was previously owned by a member of the Rockefeller family.

The staff includes a maid, who is functional in English and a cook both of which are at your service 5 days a week Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. Gardner Monday mornings.

*Please note that the cost to heat the pool is $350usd per week with a 24hr preheat. Please advise Premier at least 48 hours in advance if you want the pool heated.

*Tipping of the staff is $50usd per bedroom per week.

*If the staff work beyond their normal schedule per the client's request the rate is $100 pesos per hour per staff Monday - Saturday. $200 pesos per hour for Sundays and Holidays.
