This house is a colonial style hacienda home built in 2000 of adobe in the Lavanderia area. Local workmen, wood workers, stonemasons, iron workers, and decorative painters handcrafted this 16,000 sq.ft.casa. Set on a hillside on the edge of the Historical district on a rock wall amid bougainvilleas and extensive gardens, it is only about 12 min. walk into town.
Description
There are 6 bedrooms and 8 baths. All have king size beds (some converting to twins), lock boxes, and four have their own patios. Each bathroom has a tub / shower and double sinks, except the "Cactus" room which has only one sink. There are two powder rooms located around the house for your convenience. The "master suite" has a king size bed, three patios, three fireplaces, and a large bathroom/dressing area. Each bedroom has a theme from the "Cactus room" to the "Moroccan room". There are 2 large TV areas with satellite, and an extensive reading library, fax machine, and internet access is available. There are 11 fireplaces, a hot tub hidden in the rocks, and a central sound system SONOS.
There is a staff of 6, they prepare (two meals (breakfast and lunch (if requested) a day M-F and 1 meal on Saturday). Food is not included in the rate. The staff will clean the rooms, and they can do laundry if required by client. Please note the towels are replaced every 2 days and the sheets are changed 1 time a week only - this is for environmental reasons. Raul, who is bilinqual, is the house manager, and he is there to take care of your every need. This house is truly one of a kind.
The Staff hours: M-F:9-4pm;Sat.9-12pm - There are 5 staff members in the house. Please ask Premier about fees to heat the pool and hot tub.

**Tip for staff $20 USD per day per bedroom occupied for weekly. Minimum $400USD whether used for a week or not. Overtime is $100 pesos per hour Monday - Saturday and $200 pesos per hour on Sundays and National holidays.
