Casa de Vida Feliz is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house located in the historical center of San Miguel de Allende. The house is full of light and loaded with amenities. When you enter the house there is a small office to your right and the living spaces begin on the left. There is a TV living room and dining area all in one big room. This area looks onto the courtyard with the fountain. As you follow the corridor you have the first bedroom on this floor across from the kitchen and pool area. This bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-shower.
Description
The pool and hot tub are in the back of the house, where you will find another outdoor dining area and living room that opens up to look at the pool with glass doors. There is also a half bath on this floor by the stairs that lead up the second level.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second level. The main master bedroom has a King bed ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. It also has it's own terrace with outdoor seating and fireplace. The 3rd and 4th bedroom overlook the pool area. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a walk-in shower and double sinks. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds.
There is another outdoor dining area on this level with views of the famous Parroquia church.
If you walk up the stairs to the third level of the house there is a rooftop terrace with fantastic views. The house is very well appointed with amenities, and the location can't be beaten.
The maid works 5 1/2 days a week to clean the house from 9-3 Monday-Friday and 9-12 on Saturday. If guests want to have a cook - please confirm with Premier and we can arrange to have a cook for you at the house at an added guest expense. *Please note that gas to heat the pool and hot tub is not included in the rate and they can't be heated at the same time. You either heat the hot tub or the pool.
