PREMIER SAN MIGUEL HOUSE RENTALS
PREMIER SAN MIGUEL HOUSE RENTALS
Due to the many serpent motifs throughout the home, Casa Coa is named after the Aztec reptile god, Quetzalcoatl. A boundary-maker between earth and sky, Quezalcoatl is the god of art, culture and new beginnings.
Description
Casa Coa is located in the center of town on a street that is consistently ranked as one of the most beautiful streets in the world (Architectural Digest, 2024). The front of the house is around 350 years old with the remainder of the home being built in the last 100 years. It has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, shared living spaces, a pool and plenty of nooks for reading and siestas. Casa Coa is across three levels so there are stairs to climb if you want to enjoy the views and further outdoor areas, otherwise, everything is on the ground level. The home was recently refurbished with the help of Mexican contemporary interior designer Maye Ruiz (maye.mx) and artist/designer Daniel Valero (mestiz.mx). There is also the owners Mexican modern art collection to enjoy. Due to its tastefully bright colors and warmly lit rooms, Casa Coa is a fun and relaxing stay in the heart of San Miguel de Allende.
