Step into the grand main room, featuring a 20-foot ceiling, impressive contemporary art, and abundant natural light. The light pours in from two adjacent patios, enhancing the sense of openness, complemented by the quiet splashing of water from the rustic cantera-stone fountain. A tall fireplace graces the far side of the living area. The formal dining room, seating eight, is perfect for dinner parties and offers lovely views of the flowering beds on the back patio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and bar. Breakfast and lunch menus are provided, to be enjoyed under a beautiful boveda kitchen ceiling or in the outdoor sala.
San Miguel's nearly perfect weather encourages outdoor living, and Casa Camilla offers a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy morning coffee and leisurely brunches in the outdoor sala. This charming, fully covered loggia features multi-colored textile artwork on the walls that beautifully complement the vibrant blooms surrounding it. A fireplace provides warmth on chilly winter nights.
The rooftop area boasts a bar, grilling station, fridge, sink, dining for 10, space for parties of 20, a bathroom, and breathtaking views of the city, including major churches. The backyard features a deep loggia with a fireplace and grill.
Maid service is available 5 1/2 days a week (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM - 12 PM), and a gardener attends three days a week. TIPPING OF STAFF IS $500 PESOS PER WEEK.
