This 4 bedroom house with 2 bedroom casita is a little piece of paradise.The house opens to a courtyard, which separates the main house from the casita. As you walk in the main house you have 2 levels.
The first level you have a formal living, dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and a large terrace - that gives you sweeping views of San Miguel. The master bedroom is on this level as well, with King bed, large bathroom, with jacuzzi tub, and French doors that open to the main terrace. This level is handicap friendly with bars in the shower and raised toilets.
On the lower level you have 3 bedrooms that encompass an comfortable den TV area and card room. There 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the other bedroom has a Queen bed. This level opens to an outdoor garden area where you will find the pool and BBQ.
The casita is all on one level with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are Twins and a Queen bed in the Casita. It has small kitchen and den area, as well.
Please note the casita would never be rented to another party other than your own.
The house is full of amenities from purified water, WiFi internet connection, pool, Vonage phone for free calls to the U.S., top of the line linens are on all the beds, DISH satelite TV, parking, Tennis courts. Come see for yourself!
There is a maid, cook, and a Gardner that come with the house. The maid and Cook are there M-F: 9-3; Sat.9-12; Gardner - 3 days a week.

Main House Weekly Rates Per Bedroom:
3-4 Bedrooms - $5500usd for the week
Main House(4 bedrooms) + Casita (additional 2 bedrooms) Weekly Rate:
5-6 Bedrooms - $7250usd
** Also note that heating the pool is not included in the rate. The weekly rate is $450usd.
