Welcome to Casa Cruz. This beautifully remodeled gem in the heart of Centro has a minimal design aesthetic with dabbles of old-world charm and antiques. This masterpiece was delicately put together under the watchful eye of master interior designer David Cruz out of LA. Casa Cruz is an extension of his design store in LA.
When you open the door you step inside to a tranquil oasis. The kitchen is situated on the entry level of the house. As you walk in the front door the kitchen is on the right side - it consists of high-end appliances, a kitchen island, and cooking supplies. There is a staircase that leads to the principal bedroom from this level, but we will get to that shortly. If you walk out of the kitchen you walk into a sunken living room - a beautiful room for entertaining and right off the kitchen.
If you walk out of the living room you will open the glass doors to the outdoor terrace and dining area. The outdoor covered dining area leads to a full bathroom and office nook - a great place to work, if you need to do that while on vacation - just don't forget - it's a vacation!
There are stairs on the outside of this area that lead to the second level where you will find two suites. Both have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The principal bedroom has an AC split unit in it, while the other bedroom has fans.
There is a lap pool in the back of the house with a minimalist garden design as well as a 1/2 bathroom. The rooftop terrace has some of the best views of the Parroquia. Casa Cruz is a welcome oasis right in Centro. We look forward to having you stay with us here.
