Description
Casa Bésame named because it was a "kiss of luck" when the owners found it. This house is newly renovated as of August 2023 and is now available for you to enjoy. This 4 bedroom home is located on one of the most beloved streets in San Miguel - it is only a 5 minute walk to the jardin yet feels like your own oasis right in centro. The interiors were designed by. one of our local favories Evy McPherson - see her magic for yourself, which includes local and antique art.
The house is divided into two buildings with the courtyard dividing the two buildings. As you walk in the entry you have the first building with the smaller bedroom on the first floor with a twin bed and a loft space with a twin bed. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. On the second level of the first building you will find another bedroom with a King size bed ensuite bathroom and your own private terrace.
In the courtyard you will find a dipping pool - which gives you a fun area to spend your afternoons sipping margaritas and taking in the afternoon San Miguel sun. There is a trellis flower wall in front of the pool that has a swing, which adds another element of whim to this very precious space.
The outdoor living room is so inviting and a great way to unwind after a day of shopping and exploring beautiful San Miguel. It has sitting area, TV, outdoor fireplace, a ceiling fan. This space flows into to the formal living area with an open floor plan that includes the living room dining room and kitchen.
The open staircase leads you to the other two bedrooms. Here you will find the principel bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom (bathtub, separate shower, and double sink ). There is a TV and sitting area in this bedroom as well as another private terrace with chaise lounges just in case you want a little more privacy.
The final bedroom on the second floor has two Queen beds, double sink bathroom, with a walk in shower. This bedroom also has a private terrace.
Finally, the rooftop terrace has views of the Parroquia. It is truly amazing to see so many beautiful treetops with the surprise of the Parroquia peeking through right in Centro. This terrace has an banquet sitting area with firepit and large over hanging umbrella to offer some shade.
