Words can't describe the feeling of this house when you walk in the door. This 5 bedroom jewel is located two level blocks from the jardin and three blocks from the Parque Juarez.

As you walk into the house, you are greeted by a stunning St.Francis of Assissi statue. It's always nice to have a saint around! Behind St.Francis is the atrium, which has a retractable roof, which is a great feature, because it lets you enjoy cool breezes in the summer and lots of sunlight all year around.

The kitchen is well equipped with every cooking utensil and equipment - one might need, as well as, purified water throughout the house, and instant hot water in the kitchen only. The kitchen connects to the dining room which seats eight. There is a great stereo system in the dining room, where you can also dock your IPOD to the speakers, if you bring it along. The bar off the dining room leads you into the living room. There is a large TV with DISH satelite, DVD player, and a gas fireplace.

You can walk out onto the terrace to relax in the sun or take a dip in the heated pool, the pool is heated by solar panels, or you can pay $30 USD a day to heat it with gas, if you need too.

When you walk up the stairs to the second level there are four bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has 2 Full size beds and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a Full size bed with bathroom. The third bedroom is the second master suite with a King size bed, reading sofa, and large bathroom. All of these bedrooms have a TV with DISH network.

Finally, the master suite has a king bed with master bath and vanity area. It has French doors that open to the outdoor terrace and pool below. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, and have high quality linens.

The third floor has a great rooftop terrace with BBQ and Bar area, perfect place to entertain, while taking in the fantastic views of San Miguel. Also, on this floor is a fifth bedroom. It has a Queen bed and a small bathroom. If you walk through the laundry room you will find the office/gym at the front of the house. There is an   all -in-one gym, treadmill, and an internet connection with printer.

Finally, there is a sun balcony with two loungers, table and chairs. This area boasts some of the best views of San Miguel. A true San Miguel experience!

The staff for this house consists of a maid, cook, gardner,who are there 5 1/2 days a week. There is also a bi-lingual house manager, Juan, who can help you with with any of your needs, while staying the house!
