If you want views than welcome to Casa Soluna. This newly built house, is located in Atascadero. It has lovely views, decorations, and gardens are spectacular. This is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house with all the amenities. There is purifed water throughout the house, high speed internet, indoor/outdoor stereo system, and an outdoor hot tub. This house is only a 10 minute walk to town.

When you enter the house the first floor consists of a living/den area which flows into an open kitchen and dining area. The master suite is on the first floor as well! There are views from every level of this house! The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a gas fireplace as well as a gas heater in the master bedroom.

The other bedrooms are on the lower level where you will find a romantic outdoor sala and dining area with a wood burning fireplace. Great place to hang out and take in the views of the garden and San Miguel. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and one room has 2 twins, and the other has a Queen bed.

The garden is beautifully done, and there is a hot tub, if you want to enjoy a dip. There are also great rooftop areas with seating, where you can sip on a Martini while listening to your favorite tunes, and taking in the views.

There is a maid that comes 3 days a week for 5 hours a day (she can be flexible with her hours), and she can cook 1 meal a day! There is WiFi internet connection. Enjoy your stay!
