This house is a colonial style hacienda home built in 2000 of adobe in the Lavanderia area. Local workmen, wood workers, stonemasons, ironworkers, and decorative painters handcrafed this 16,000 sq.ft.casa.
Set on a hillside on the edge of the Histrical district on a rock wall amid bougainvilleas and extensive gardens, it is only about 12 min. walk into town.

There are 6 bedrooms and 8 baths. All have king size beds (some converting to twins), lock boxes, and four have their own patios. Each bathroom has a tub / shower and double sinks, except the "Cactus" room which has only one sink. There are two powder rooms located around the house for your convienence.
The "master suite" has a king size bed, three patios, three fireplaces, and a large bathroom/dressing area.
Each bedroom has a theme from the "Cactus room" to the "Moroccan room".
There are 2 large TV areas with satelite, and an extensive reading library, fax machine, and internet access is available. There are 11 fireplaces, a hot tub hidden in the rocks, and a central sound system.

There is a staff of 6, they will do it all cook (two meals a day M-F and 1 meal on Sat., clean, laundry, and Raul, who is bilinqual, is the house manager, and he is there to take care of your every need. This house is truly one of a kind.

The Staff hours: M-F:8:30-6pm;Sat.8:30-12pm
Tip for staff $100 USD per bedroom. Minimum $400USD whether used for a week or not.
