Casa Christa is new construction that has been beautifully decorated with colorful themes and accessories from around Mexico. This 4 bedroom 5.5 bath house comfortable and well equipped.

The house has multi-levels and is child friendly house. The house is two buildings connected by a courtyard, with 2 bedrooms along with the kitchen, dining, and living room in the front house, and 2 bedrooms with the media room in the second house.

The bedrooms in the first part of the house both have twin beds that can convert to kings, sitting area, and their own bathrooms. The living room is on the ground level as you walk in the door with a fireplace and bar. As you walk up a couple of stairs you will find the dining room that opens to the kitchen and has views of the courtyard with fountain.

When you cross the courtyard - you will find the master bedroom on the bottom floor with a king bed, sitting area, TV, and bathroom - it opens to the courtyard.

On the second level you will find the fourth bedroom with twin beds, sitting area, and bathroom. The third level has the media room with a futon sofa - should anyone want to get comfortable and watch movies. There is also a bathroom on this floor as well, so it could function as another bedroom.

 On the rooftop there is a hot tub - to heat the hot tub is $70 USD per week - payable by the tenant.

There is a Vonage phone, wireless internet, and purified water in the house.

The maid is in the house 3 times a week, please note - that if there are 5 or more people in the house the maid will be there 5 days a week.
