Entry and Courtyard
Dark wood doors open onto an artful arched entry garden where a hand-cut stone path leads through handsome French doors to the Foyer.

Foyer
A vaulted handkerchief boveda ceiling arches overhead, and a glowing star chandelier reflects the inlaid star medallion of the marble floor.  A convenient intercom phone connects to the front gate.

Living Room
Inviting seating surrounds an antique cantera stone gas fireplace and the nearby 37” flat screen TV with DVD player and cable service receiving CNN other English-speaking stations.  French doors lead into the central courtyard where the soothing sounds of an antique stone fountain play amid lush greenery.

Dining Room
The dining table for six invites good food and lively conversation.  French doors on two sides lead to both the central and rear courtyards, letting cool breezes flow through the space.  The handsome gas fireplace with its antique cantera stone mantle warms the room on cool nights. 

Kitchen
Modern appliances, ample cookware and utensils, make this a real chef’s kitchen.  A six-burner Bosch stove, microwave, toaster/convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, and coffeemaker are all at the ready.  Beautiful tableware and connoisseur wine glasses provide a gracious table setting.  French doors open onto the rear courtyard with fountain and breakfast dining area.

Powder Room
The first floor half-bath, decorated with custom tile and fixtures, is convenient for guests.

Master Bedroom/the White Bedroom
A king bed with soothing, all-cotton high-thread-count linens graces this room.  Cozy seating for two faces the gas fireplace, flanked by built-in closets.  French doors overlook the courtyards on two sides.  The adjoining private bath has two sink and counter areas, an inlaid marble floor, a large tub and shower, and more French doors opening onto the completely private rear courtyard.

Guest Bedroom/the Blue Bedroom
A blue silk duvet and pillows decorate this restful queen bedroom with its own gas fireplace.  Fine all-cotton high-thread-count linens promise the sweetest dreams.  The dressing area with built-in closet and dresser leads to an adjoining private shower bath appointed with specialty tile and fixtures.

Office/the Red Bedroom
The desk next to French doors overlooking the central courtyard make this the ideal place to catch up on work or email, while the nearby daybed (twin size) welcomes daydreaming – or an extra guest. A gas fireplace adds to the coziness of this nest.  The adjoining private bath has a hand-painted sink and custom tile work on both counter and shower.

Roof Terrace
Stairs to the rooftop living area open onto a spacious garden terrace with a panoramic view of the city and the mountains, perfect for dining al fresco while watching the sunset.
