Here's your chance, an orginal by the AIA Gold Metal recipient Ricardo Legorreta. From Mexico city, he has set himself apart in the world of architecture by bringing together modern architecture and combining it with traditional colors and landscape from the Mexican culture. Legorreta is known for combining interior design, landscape architecture and architecture all rolled into one.

In his latest private sector endeavor - here in San Miguel he has done it again, with Casa Aldama. The house has 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

As you walk in you are greeted by the first of several outdoor spaces. The main floor consists, of an entrance hall, with a lobby off of it for coats, there is also a safe located in this areas as well. The main flight of stairs to the second level showcases a fantastic sloping fountain. As you continue on the main level you enter another great outdoor courtyard that the kitchen and the main living area look out, too. The main living space also opens to another outdoor terrace above the pool area. This space is also a great place for your to dine outside, if you want to enjoy the pool and gardens, on a cool Summer night.


All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a King bed with en suite bathroom, TV and CD player. The bathroom has both a walk-in shower, separate tub, and a dressing area. The mastersuite also has a separate entrance going down to the main dining area.

The second bedroom also has a King bed with a walk-in shower with a TV, and the third bedroom has 2 Singles with a bath/shower combo.

All the bedrooms have internet connections with a desk, as well as, wall heaters, and fireplaces. There is also a Vonage phone that you can use to dial free calls to the states and Canada.

On the third floor you will find a large rooftop garden,with a studio (that has an easel, lavatory, and sink) as well as seating - great place for sunset cocktails! The views of the Parroquia are spectacular.
