A truly unique experience - with its combination of romance, elegance, sophistication and warmth - sets Casa Quinta Ocho apart from all the rest!

Every detail has been thought of from the 18th Century style sala with huge beams and high ceilings to the 17th Century, life-size Peruvian painting of St. Augustine, while beautifully weaving in 21st Century conveniences, like an elevator to take you up to the breathtaking rooftop views, state of the art kitchen appliances, and a 62" HDTV - for starters. There are 3 exquisitely decorated suites in the main house, each with en suite bathroom and remote controlled fireplaces (11 of these fireplaces throughout the house).

There are 9,000 sq. ft. of indoor space with another 10,000 sq.ft of magnificent gardens, fountains, panoramic views and a green marble tiled pool. While hanging out by the pool, you can also take break from the sun and relax in the awesome Blue Bar.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with his/her bathroom, a Jacuzzi tub, and a 52" HDTV.

There are two other guests rooms in the main house, second bedroom has a king bed, again with an en suite bathroom and remote controlled fireplace, and the third with two twins and en suite bathroom.


There is also a casita with two bedrooms, one bedroom has a king bed and bath, kitchenette, and a flat screen TV with surround sound. The other bedroom has twin beds.

There is WiFi high speed Internet, plus a VOIP phone, so you can make free calls to the U.S., and purified water throughout the house.


There is a fantastic staff that consists of a house manager, cook, maid, and a mozo (house man). They work 6 days a week: Mon-Fri. 8-4 and Sat.8-12. Please ask us for the hourly rate.

$350 USD per week March-November
$500 USD per week December -February

8 guests in 5 bedrooms $6500 for the week
10 guests in 5 bedrooms $7500 for the week
12 guests in 5 bedrooms plus study $9000 for the week
