This mountainside home is a luxurious oasis near the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Casa Tres Vistas has breathtaking views of the valley, mountains, and El Centro. It's location is less than a 5-minute taxi ride to the center of town, a 10 minute walk to Parque Juarez, and only 5 minute walk to the new Rosewood resort that is due to open in 2009.

As you enter the front door of Tres Vistas, you come into a large outdoor living space. A guest casita is your first stop on your journey to the main house. The casita has a loft with a queen bed, full bath, and an entertainment room with large screen TV, and a Tequila bar - great for hanging out and entertaining guests.(Tequila not included)

As you walk up the stone steps to the main house, you will be taken in by the lush gardens, outdoor sitting areas and a gorgeous waterfall that cascades over a large meandering rock wall. This waterfall is created by the overflow of the infinity edge pool above. The pool can be heated and you can actually swim in it should you choose to do so, or you can take a dip in the hot tub. The pool has a "beach" feature - a shallow area where you can put your chair in the water so you can stay cool while soaking up the sun. Poolside there is a grassy lawn that joins an outdoor room with comfortable seating, dining, and a stately wood burning fireplace, which is an ideal place to  hang out on those cool San Miguel nights.

There are two poolside bedrooms on this level (one with a king and the other with a queen) both have full baths. These bedrooms have beautiful views of the pool garden areas, as well as the view of the city. An amazing way to go to sleep every night and wake up every morning.  On this same level there is also an entertainment room/office with a view of the pool and downtown, as well. It has a trundle bed, which is great for two kids.

As you go to the second level of the house, you will find the master suite, which has a king and a private bath. The master suite opens to a private courtyard and a second swimming pool. The second floor of this home is where you will find the gourmet kitchen, which also has spectacular views, and a bar, and a breakfast nook that seats 6. Also on this level there is a dining room, which seats 10, and open living area with a big screen LCD TV, two sitting areas and a baby grand player piano. Best of all there is another outdoor patio/balcony with a wood burning fireplace, and more views.

On the roof top there is also a beautiful garden, layout area and palapa with a hammock. This area of the home has panoramic views of all of San Miguel. It's the perfect place to open a bottle of wine and watch the beautiful sunsets that San Miguel has to offer.

Additional amenities include high-speed Internet- WIFI, cable TV, Vonage phone, garage (with a four wheeler that you can rent). The staff includes a nightwatchman - 7 days a week, a maid 5 days a week 9-2pm she can stay for extra hours at an extra charge to the tenant. The maid prepares breakfast ONLY, and there are other fabulous cooks that can be available for lunch and dinner at the tenant's expense. 

**Starting in July of '08 there will be a full gym, with free weights, Precor EFX, stationary bike and treadmill. Rental rates are dependent on the amenities you desire and the time of year of booking. Range is $4000-$7500 USD.
