The casita is situated on 350sq.ft. on each of its 3 floors:

1st floor: Sitting room and fireplace with auto control gas fire logs. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a trickling wall fountain.
2nd floor: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Queen size bed with feather mattress, Italian cotton sheets, organic cotton quilt, down comforter, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with a selection of films to choose from. The bathroom is all newly renovated with modern fixtures and "on demand" hot water system. large walk in shower, enclosed commode
and dressing area.
3rd floor: Sunny studio for music, games and relaxation. The terrace has lovely views of all the main churches completed with a small grill and wood burning chimney.

Amenities included: Twice a week maid service,all utilities, cable
TV, local telephone service and bottled water.

Extra in-house services: Available upon request and charge to the tenant are:Breakfast and dinner service, massage,
and additional maid service.
