This is truly one of San Miguel's finest homes. This traditional colonial 3 bedroom house with an apartment, which makes 4 bedrooms is located only a block from the jardin (main square).

When you walk through the front door you enter into a central courtyard, where you will find the south-facing outdoor living area, which is a great place to hang out all year round.

The kitchen is off the outdoor living area, which leads into the formal dining and living areas of the house. There is a bedroom on the first floor that has two single beds and it's own bath.There are French doors off this bedroom that lead to the main courtyard, as well as another set doors that open to a more private terrace.

The second bedroom along with the master are on the second floor. The second bedroom is has a double bed with it's own bathroom.

The master bedroom has a King bed, 2 walk-in closets, and 2 ensuite bathrooms. This house has alot of outdoor space, and the bedrooms are spread out, so you don't feel on top of each other.

The apartment has it's own separate entrance with a small living room, kitchenette, with a double bed on the second floor. This can be rented with the house, should you need an extra bedroom, but it will NEVER be rented separately to another tenant, not in your party. If you need the apartment the rate goes to $2200 USD for the week

The staff consists a GREAT cook,a maid, and a Gardner.
