On the first floor is the open dining, living room, and kitchen area, great for the chef in the family who likes to cook, while also enjoying the company of guests.  The outdoor sala that includes another dining area if you prefer the outdoors to eat your meal, as well as a lovely outdoor seating area, if you just want to lounge around.  There is a secure garage for 1 car.

As you go upstairs there is another informal den with the TV and VCR/DVD combo, and internet connection. Right off the den is the second bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be converted to a king. There is a bath with shower off this bedroom and the den.  The master suite is on the back of the house with a King size bed, master bath with tub,  large walk-in closet, and a small balcony that looks down on the courtyard below. On the third floor where there is a rooftop terrace and laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 2 dine-in gardens with fountains and 1 interior courtyard.  It's a great place to take in the views of San Miguel, or catch some rays.

There is a maid that comes 5 1/2 days a week, who can cook breakfast only.  There is a full time cook, as well as a full time housekeeper.  Also there is a gardener/handyman 3 days a week. Great house, great price! Please note that there is purified water throughout the house!
