With 15ft ceilings this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is truly a gem. The garden backs up to the San Antonio Church. It is truly magnificent! There are 3 stories, two terraces(one off the guest bedroom and a rooftop terrace), a sitting room in the master bedroom, and of course outdoor dining area and garden for you to take in the sounds and tranquility of this beautiful garden and pool.

There is a living room, den, and dining area on the first floor where you can enjoy the garden from the inside with the tall windows that look out onto the garden. Most of the furniture in the house was done locally, but some of the best craftsman in San Miguel. The second floor is where the bedrooms are located each with their own bathroom. The masterbedroom has a sitting area, a large walk-in closet that leads into the bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 single bedrooms, a bathroom, and it's own private terrace!

The third floor is a great rooftop terrace where you can take in the views of San Miguel.

The garden backs up to the San Antonio church and is filled with buganvilla, olive trees, and of course the pool, which on sunny days is heated with Solar panels, but there is a gas tank, if you need it (for a charge). The BBQ is also a Brick Pizza Oven.

The house is only a 10 minute walk to the jardin and 5 minutes to Instituto. Great location! There is a maid that comes 6 days a week.
