This house is great for family get gatherings. You have plenty of bedrooms, five, and they all come with their own bathrooms and private patios. There is great space for gathering all together in the living room, the dining room (seats 12), or places to escape and take in the views of San Miguel from your own bedroom.
There are two master suites one with a Queen and the other with a King, and of course their own master baths. The other three bedrooms all have twin beds with attached bathrooms. There is one bedroom on the main floor and 4 on the second. Each room is decorated with the finest linens and knick knacks from all over the world.
There are terraces with outdoor furniture all over the house, so that you have many San Miguel viewing opportunities or reading options. It's your vacation!
There are amenities galore with this house package - high-speed internet,Vonage phone (where you can call the U.S. for free),
8'x 8'screen TV in the media room (you feel like you are in the movie theatre), where you can watch DVD's or catch up on the news with DISH network. The house manager can help you with the TV setup.
There is an exercise room, pool table that can convert to a ping pong table. Just ask the house manager to help you.
Feel free to enjoy the water from the faucet at the house, because there is water purification system.
Marie Cruz is one of the best cook's in San Miguel. She will be happy to help you plan your meals, buy the groceries, and make a delicious meal for all to enjoy!
The tip is $50 per guest per week.
