The house is beautifully decorated keeping things simple, but elegant! The bedrooms are set up as 3 master suites with King beds and 1 junior suite with 2 Queen beds. There are 2 rooms on the first floor that open up to the pool, and the other 2 bedrooms are on the second floor, where you can take in the views of San Miguel. There is a fireplace and there are gas heaters in the bedrooms and bathrooms to keep you cozy and warm during the colder months. Every bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. There is ample closet space.

The dining room is painted a romantic red and can seat 8-10 people, and also opens to the pool - a true colonial floorplan - everything opens to the center courtyard.

The den provides many opportunities to curl up and read a good book. There are several plush couches and chairs for your enjoyment.

This is a great house to relax and enjoy yourself, while being able to step out your front door and be in the heart of San Miguel.

There is purified water throughout the house, and a full staff that can cater to your every need. All you need to do is RELAX!

Tip for staff is 10% of the rental rate.
Gas for the pool is $25 per day.
Grocery shopping for the house can be done for the cost of the groceries + 20% of the bill.
