With great views from the roof terrace of San Miguel and the surrounding countryside. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has a very central location just minutes from the Jardin (central square).

The house sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed and a queen size bed. In the room with the queen bed there also is a futon/couch bed. There also is a living area, dining area, and a nicely equipped kitchen.

The outdoor area includes a lovely terrace with patio furniture and a view of San Miguel. The house comes equipped with 2 TVs with cable, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a cd player. A maid also comes three times a week.

There is access to an Olympic-size pool and health facility, of which 2 passes are included with the rental, and if you need more here is a breakdown of the fees: pool gym and sauna have is $70 USD per person per month. Pool/sauna or gym/sauna is $45 USD per person per month or $5 USD per person per day for pool, gym, and sauna.
