This colonial house is a San Miguel experience. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each bedroom has an outside entrance. The main house has the masterbedroom with views of the pool and a terrace. This room connects to another bedroom that has twin beds. Great setup for kids. The other two bedrooms are off the main house. There is great outdoor space, and large terrace around the pool - great for lounging. The dining room seats 8-10 people. There is a lovely living room with 2 large sofias and TV. There is even a piano, if you want to tickle the ivories. If you want the pool heated, there is an extra charge, please ask Premier for the rate. There is a garage, so if you are driving - parking is not an issue.
The staff hours are M-Sat.:7-3pm; Sundays and holidays 7-1pm. Gas for the pool is $20 per day. If the staff buys groceries for the house the cost is 20% on top of the bill for the food. The cook lives on the premises in her own apartment, and she has a dog.
